Deer Valley

Though the Deer Valley area has been skied on officially since the 1930s, the Deer Valley Resort as we know it didn’t happen until 1981. Over the last thirty years the resort has expanded to cover six mountains and 2,026 acres. Consistently voted the #1 Ski Resort by the readers of Ski Magazine, Deer Valley Resort continues to set the bar for the luxury ski experience. This reputation brings many visitors to Park City and the real estate area surrounding the resort. Deer Valley encompasses the Deer Crest and Empire Pass areas. Real estate in Deer Valley ranges from nightly rental condos to long-term rental homes, from modest to the utmost in luxury. Empire Pass

Empire Pass is the newest development in Deer Valley. During the summer, one can drive from Empire Pass in Park City over the mountaintop and come out on the other side, in the Heber Valley. The views from this area are simply breathtaking. As Empire Pass was the last to be developed, its condos and homes are much newer than the developments in the original areas of Deer Valley. Deer Crest

Old Town Park City

Old Town houses the historic districts in Park City and Main Street with all of its famous restaurants and shopping. Park City Mountain Resort

Official skiing began at Park City Mountain Resort in the early 1960s and the resort has been growing and refining ever since. Park City Mountain Resort is the most centrally located resort to downtown Park City; in fact, you can ride the Town Lift right onto the shopping and dining on historic Main Street. Boasting 3,300 skiable acres, Park City Mountain Resort was host to a number of Olympic events during the 2002 Winter Olympic games. Park Meadows

Park Meadows is a beautiful golf course community just past downtown Park City but before Canyons Resort area. The community surrounds a Jack Nicklaus-designed course and features a beautiful clubhouse as part of the country club. The Park Meadows Country Club offers full amenities such as pro-shop, fitness center, dining, swimming pool, and year-round recreational opportunities: golf in the summer, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing in the winter.
