Aspenwood: A development of 30 three-bedroom townhomes built in the early 1980s located across from the Stewpot restaurant. Four units feature downhill floorplans; the remaining 26 are three level uphill units with a bedroom located on each level. A private hot tub is on the deck off the master. Black Diamond: A newer collection of 27 luxury ski-in/ski-out condominiums next to the Snow park Lodge on the Wild west ski run.
